பொறுப்புகள் மற்றும் கடமைகள் (Responsibilities and Duties):
1. லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் ஜெனரல் மேனேஜருடன் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு:

லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் ஜெனரல் மேனேஜர் அவர்களின் நேரடி வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் மற்றும் உத்திகளின்படி செயல்படுதல்.

அனைத்து மண்டல நடவடிக்கைகளின் முன்னேற்றம் மற்றும் செயல்பாட்டுத் தரவு குறித்து அவருக்கு நேரடியாக அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தல் (Reporting).

அவர் வழங்கும் உத்தரவுகள், இலக்குகள் மற்றும் செயல்பாட்டுத் திட்டங்களை மண்டல அளவில் செயல்படுத்தலை உறுதி செய்தல்.

2. மண்டல மேலாண்மை மற்றும் மேற்பார்வை:

தன்னுடைய கட்டுப்பாட்டின் கீழ் உள்ள ஒன்பது (9) ரீஜினல் மேனேஜர்களின் ஒட்டுமொத்த செயல்பாடுகளை திறம்பட வழிநடத்துதல் மற்றும் மேற்பார்வையிடுதல்.

அனைத்து மண்டல மேலாளர்களுக்கும் தெளிவான இலக்குகள் மற்றும் செயல்பாட்டு வழிமுறைகளை நிர்ணயித்தல்.

அனைத்து மண்டல மேலாளர்களின் செயல்பாடுகளையும் அவ்வப்போது ஆய்வு செய்து, செயல்திறனை மதிப்பீடு செய்தல்.

3. தரவு சேகரிப்பு மற்றும் வழிகாட்டுதல்:

ஒன்பது ரீஜினல் மேனேஜர்களிடமிருந்தும் அனைத்து செயல்பாட்டு அறிக்கைகள் (Reports) மற்றும் முக்கிய செயல்திறன் குறிகாட்டிகள் (KPIs) தொடர்பான தரவுகளைச் சேகரித்து பகுப்பாய்வு செய்தல்.

சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட தரவுகளின் அடிப்படையில், மண்டல மேலாளர்களுக்குத் தேவையான வழி காட்டுதல்களையும் (Guidance), திருத்த நடவடிக்கைகளையும் (Corrective actions) வழங்குதல்.

நிறுவனத்தின் கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் உயர் அதிகாரியின் வழிகாட்டுதல்களின்படி ஒன்பது ரீஜினல் மேனேஜர்களும் சீராகச் செயல்படுவதை உறுதிப்படுத்துதல்.
Head of Region Manager - Job Description
Position: Head of Region Manager
Reports To: Logistics General Manager
Direct Reports: Nine (9) Regional Managers
Summary of the Role:
The Head of Region Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of nine regional managers. This role acts as the critical link between the regional operations and the corporate strategy defined by the Logistics General Manager, ensuring all regions adhere to company guidelines and achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Reporting and Alignment with Senior Management:

Directly report all regional performance, operational data, and progress to the Logistics General Manager.

Execute and implement the strategies, objectives, and operational plans as guided by the Logistics General Manager.

Ensure all regional activities are fully aligned with the directives and strategic vision of the senior management.

2. Regional Management and Supervision:

Lead, supervise, and control the overall performance of the nine (9) Regional Managers under their command.

Set clear operational goals, targets, and standard operating procedures for the regional management team.

Conduct regular reviews of regional performance and provide necessary feedback and direction to optimize efficiency.

3. Data Analysis and Guidance:

Collect, compile, and analyze all reports and key performance indicator (KPI) data submitted by the nine Regional Managers.

Based on the analysis, provide strategic guidance and instructions to the Regional Managers to ensure successful operation and target achievement.

Ensure consistency across all nine regions in terms of service quality, policy adherence, and operational standards, as per the Head of Region Manager's directives.
