கள மார்க்கெட்டிங் தலைவர், நிறுவனத்தின் லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் மற்றும் ஆன்லைன் மெடிசன் டெலிவரி சேவைகளுக்கான கள மார்க்கெட்டிங் மற்றும் விற்பனைச் செயல்பாடுகளுக்குப் பொறுப்பானவர் ஆவார். இவர் மாநிலத்தின் அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் உள்ள கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகளை (Field Sales Executives) வழிநடத்தி, களத்தில் பிராண்ட் விழிப்புணர்வு, வாடிக்கையாளர் திரட்டுதல் மற்றும் நேரடி விற்பனை இலக்குகளை அடைவதை உறுதி செய்வார்.

• அறிக்கையிடுபவர்: மார்க்கெட்டிங் பொது மேலாளர் (Marketing General Manager - MGM)
• மேற்பார்வையிட வேண்டிய அணிகள்: ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் உள்ள கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகள் (Field Sales Executives) அடங்கிய குழுக்கள்
3. முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள் மற்றும் கடமைகள் (Key Responsibilities)
• கள உத்தி மற்றும் திட்டமிடல்: நிறுவனத்தின் வணிக இலக்குகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்ய மாநில அளவிலான கள மார்க்கெட்டிங் மற்றும் விற்பனை உத்திகளை வகுத்துச் செயல்படுத்துதல்.
• அணி மேலாண்மை: மாநிலம் முழுவதும் உள்ள கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகளைப் பணியமர்த்துதல், பயிற்சி அளித்தல், வழிநடத்துதல் மற்றும் அவர்களின் செயல்திறனை மதிப்பிடுதல்.
• இலக்கு நிர்வாகம்: மாவட்ட வாரியான விற்பனை மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் திரட்டுதல் இலக்குகளை அமைத்தல் மற்றும் அவற்றை அடைவதற்குத் தேவையான ஆதரவை வழங்குதல்.
• சந்தை ஊடுருவல்: நிறுவனம் அதிகம் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டிய புவியியல் பகுதிகளை (Geographical Areas) அடையாளம் கண்டு, அந்தப் பகுதிகளில் சந்தைப் பங்களிப்பை அதிகரிக்கத் திட்டமிடுதல்.

1. Position Summary
The Head of Field Marketing is responsible for all on-ground marketing and sales activities for the company's Logistics and Online Medicine Delivery services. This role involves leading the Field Sales Executives across all districts of the state, ensuring strong brand visibility, customer acquisition, and the achievement of direct sales targets.
2. Reporting and Organizational Structure
• Reports To: Marketing General Manager (MGM)
• Teams to Supervise: Teams of Field Sales Executives across the entire state.
3. Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Field Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute state-wide field marketing and sales strategies to meet the company's business objectives.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, lead, and evaluate the performance of Field Sales Executives located across all districts.
• Target Management: Set district-specific sales and customer acquisition targets and provide the necessary support and resources to achieve them.
• Market Penetration: Identify key geographical focus areas and devise plans to increase market share and brand presence in those regions.
• Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors' on-ground activities and pricing strategies, developing appropriate countermeasures.
• Reporting: Provide accurate reports to the Marketing General Manager regarding field sales outcomes, team performance, and critical market intelligence gathered from the field.
