மார்க்கெட்டிங் டீம் லீடர் ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் நிறுவனத்தின் கள மார்க்கெட்டிங் மற்றும் விற்பனை நடவடிக்கைகளுக்குப் பொறுப்பானவர். இவர், தனது குழுவில் உள்ள 11 கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகளை (Field Sales Executives) வழிநடத்தி, அவர்களுடன் இணைந்து களப்பணியாற்றுவார். பிராந்திய அளவில் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட வாடிக்கையாளர் திரட்டுதல் மற்றும் விற்பனை இலக்குகளை அடைவதே இவரின் முதன்மைப் பணியாகும்.
2. அறிக்கையிடுதல் மற்றும் நிர்வாகக் கட்டமைப்பு
• அறிக்கையிடுபவர்: கள மார்க்கெட்டிங் தலைவர் (Head of Field Marketing - HFM)
• மேற்பார்வையிட வேண்டியவர்கள்: 11 கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகள் (Field Sales Executives)
• பணியிடம்: நியமிக்கப்பட்ட மாவட்டம் (Assigned District)
3. முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள் மற்றும் கடமைகள் (Key Responsibilities)
• அணித் தலைமை: 11 கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகளைக் கொண்ட குழுவை வழிநடத்துதல், தினசரி செயல்பாடுகளை மேற்பார்வையிடுதல், ஊக்குவித்தல் மற்றும் அவர்களுக்குத் தேவையான களப் பயிற்சியை வழங்குதல்.
• செயல்பாட்டுத் திட்டம்: மாவட்ட அளவிலான களச் செயல்பாடுகளுக்கு தினசரி மற்றும் வாராந்திர செயல் திட்டங்களை (Action Plans) உருவாக்கி, குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்குப் பணி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்தல்.
• விற்பனை மற்றும் இலக்குகள்: பிராந்தியத்திற்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட மார்க்கெட்டிங் மற்றும் விற்பனை இலக்குகளை (Targets) அடைவதற்கும், குழுவில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு உறுப்பினரும் இலக்குகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்வதை உறுதி செய்வதற்கும் பொறுப்பேற்றல்.
• களப் பணி: குழு உறுப்பினர்களுடன் இணைந்து வாடிக்கையாளர்களிடம் நேரடி விற்பனை மற்றும் பிராண்ட் விழிப்புணர்வுப் பணிகளில் ஈடுபடுதல் (Hands-on Field Work).
• தரவு மற்றும் பின்னூட்டம்: களத்தில் சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட வாடிக்கையாளர் தரவு, சந்தைத் தகவல் மற்றும் போட்டியாளர் செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்த சரியான நேரத் தகவல்களைக் கள மார்க்கெட்டிங் தலைவருக்கு (HFM) அறிக்கையாகச் சமர்ப்பித்தல்.
• பிரச்சினை தீர்த்தல்: களப்பணியில் எழும் சவால்கள் மற்றும் குழுவினரின் செயல்பாடுகளில் உள்ள சிக்கல்களை உடனடியாக அடையாளம் கண்டு தீர்வு காணுதல்.

The Marketing Team Leader is responsible for the field marketing and sales operations within their assigned district. This role involves leading a team of 11 Field Sales Executives and actively working alongside them on the ground. The primary goal is to achieve the regional targets set for customer acquisition and sales volume for both Logistics and Online Medicine Delivery services.
2. Reporting and Organizational Structure
• Reports To: Head of Field Marketing (HFM)
• Team Supervision: 11 Field Sales Executives
• Work Location: Assigned District
3. Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and oversee the daily activities of the 11-member Field Sales team, providing necessary on-the-job training and guidance.
• Operational Planning: Develop daily and weekly action plans for the district's field operations and delegate tasks effectively among team members.
• Sales and Targets: Take responsibility for achieving the marketing and sales targets set for the region, ensuring every team member fulfills their individual goals.
• Field Engagement: Actively participate in direct sales and brand awareness activities with the team on the ground (Hands-on Field Work).
• Data and Feedback: Compile and submit timely reports to the Head of Field Marketing (HFM) regarding customer data collected, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges encountered during field operations and address performance issues within the team.
