கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகி, ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் உள்ள மார்க்கெட்டிங் டீம் லீடரின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ், நிறுவனத்தின் லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் மற்றும் ஆன்லைன் மெடிசன் டெலிவரி சேவைகளுக்கான விற்பனை மற்றும் வணிக மேம்பாட்டு நடவடிக்கைகளை நேரடியாகக் களத்தில் மேற்கொள்பவர் ஆவார். புதிய வாடிக்கையாளர்களைத் திரட்டுதல், வாடிக்கையாளர் உறவுகளைப் பராமரித்தல் மற்றும் வருவாய் இலக்குகளை அடைவதே இவரின் முதன்மைப் பணியாகும்.
2. அறிக்கையிடுதல் மற்றும் நிர்வாகக் கட்டமைப்பு
• அறிக்கையிடுபவர்: மார்க்கெட்டிங் டீம் லீடர் (Marketing Team Leader - MTL)
• பணியிடம்: நியமிக்கப்பட்ட மாவட்டம் (Assigned District)
• அணி: 11 கள விற்பனை நிர்வாகிகளைக் கொண்ட குழுவில் ஒருவராகச் செயல்படுதல்.
3. முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள் மற்றும் கடமைகள் (Key Responsibilities)
• நேரடி விற்பனை மற்றும் திரட்டுதல்: தினசரி அடிப்படையில், நியமிக்கப்பட்ட பிராந்தியங்களில் புதிய வாடிக்கையாளர்களை (லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் அல்லது மருந்து விநியோக சேவைகளுக்கு) நேரடியாகச் சந்தித்து, நிறுவனத்தின் சேவைகளை விளக்கி, அவர்களை ஒப்பந்தம் செய்தல்.
• லீட் உருவாக்கம்: விற்பனை வாய்ப்புகளை (Leads) அடையாளம் காணுதல், தரவுகளைச் சேகரித்தல் மற்றும் அவற்றைச் செயலாக்குதல்.
• வாடிக்கையாளர் மேலாண்மை: ஏற்கனவே உள்ள வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் வலுவான உறவுகளைப் பேணுதல், அவர்களின் தேவைகளைத் தொடர்ந்து கண்காணித்தல் மற்றும் திருப்தியை உறுதி செய்தல்.
• வருவாய் ஈட்டுதல்: தனிப்பட்ட மற்றும் குழு விற்பனை இலக்குகளை (Sales Targets) அடைவதன் மூலம் நிறுவனத்திற்கான வருவாயை ஈட்டித் தருதல்.
• சந்தை மற்றும் போட்டியாளர் தகவல்: களத்தில் சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட சந்தை மற்றும் போட்டியாளர்கள் குறித்த அத்தியாவசியத் தகவல்களை மார்க்கெட்டிங் டீம் லீடருக்குத் தொடர்ந்து வழங்குதல்.
• அறிக்கையிடல்: தினசரி விற்பனை நடவடிக்கைகள், வாடிக்கையாளர் சந்திப்புகள் மற்றும் அடைந்த இலக்குகள் குறித்த அறிக்கையை (Daily Sales Report) மார்க்கெட்டிங் டீம் லீடருக்குச் சமர்ப்பித்தல்.

1. Position Summary
The Field Sales Executive operates under the direction of the Marketing Team Leader in each district, directly executing sales and business development activities for the company’s Logistics and Online Medicine Delivery services on the ground. The primary objective is customer acquisition, maintenance of client relationships, and achieving defined revenue targets.
2. Reporting and Organizational Structure
• Reports To: Marketing Team Leader (MTL)
• Work Location: Assigned District
• Team Structure: Works as a core member of a 11-member Field Sales team.
3. Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Direct Sales and Acquisition: On a daily basis, meet potential new customers (for either Logistics or Medicine Delivery services) within the assigned territory, effectively pitch the company’s services, and secure new contracts.
• Lead Generation: Identify, gather data, and process sales leads to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospective clients.
• Customer Management: Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients, continually monitor their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Revenue Contribution: Drive revenue generation for the company by meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Market and Competitor Intelligence: Gather essential information from the field regarding market conditions and competitor activities, and relay this information to the Marketing Team Leader.
• Reporting: Submit a daily sales report to the Marketing Team Leader detailing activities performed, customer visits, and progress towards assigned targets.
