முதன்மைப் பொறுப்புகள் மற்றும் கடமைகள் (Key Responsibilities and Duties)
செயல்பாட்டு மேற்பார்வை (Operational Oversight):
மண்டலத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள அனைத்து ஹப்களின் (Hubs) டெலிவரி, பிக்கப் மற்றும் செயலாக்கச் செயல்பாடுகளை (Processing) நேரடியாகக் கண்காணித்தல் மற்றும் வழிநடத்துதல்.
ஒவ்வொரு ஹப் மேலாளரிடமிருந்தும் தினசரி மற்றும் வாராந்திர செயல்திறன் அறிக்கைகளைப் பெற்று ஆய்வு செய்தல். இலக்குகளை (Targets) அடையத் தேவையான செயல்பாட்டு மாற்றங்கள் குறித்து வழிகாட்டுதல்.
குழு மேலாண்மை மற்றும் பயிற்சி (Team Management & Training):
ஹப் மேலாளர்கள் மற்றும் பிற களப்பணியாளர்களுக்குத் தேவையான வழிகாட்டுதல், பயிற்சி மற்றும் ஊக்கத்தை வழங்குதல், ஊழியர்களின் செயல்திறனை மேம்படுத்துதல்.
ஹப் மேலாளர்களுடன் வாராந்திர ஆய்வுக் கூட்டங்களை நடத்தி, செயல்பாட்டு மற்றும் செயல்திறன் இடைவெளிகளை (Performance Gaps) நிவர்த்தி செய்வதற்கான செயல்திட்டங்களை உருவாக்குதல்.
நிதி மற்றும் செலவின மேலாண்மை (Financial and Cost Management):
மண்டலத்தில் சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட COD (Cash on Delivery) தொகையின் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் அதனைச் சரியான நேரத்தில் ஹப்களில் இருந்து தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்குப் பரிமாற்றம் செய்வதை உறுதி செய்தல்.
மண்டலச் செலவுகள் (Operational Costs) மற்றும் பட்ஜெட்டைக் கண்காணித்து, நிறுவனத்தின் இலக்கான இலாப வரம்பை (Profit Margin) அடைய உறுதி செய்தல்.
தரக் கட்டுப்பாடு மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் திருப்தி (Quality & Customer Satisfaction):
மண்டலப் பகுதிகளில் வாடிக்கையாளர் புகார்கள் குறைவதை உறுதி செய்தல்.
டெலிவரி தரநிலைகள் (Delivery Quality Standards), பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் சட்டப்பூர்வ இணக்கத்தை (Compliance) அனைத்து ஹப்களிலும் பராமரித்தல்.
தலைமைக்கு அறிக்கையிடல் (Reporting to Leadership):
மண்டலத்தின் ஒட்டுமொத்த செயல்திறன், செயல்பாட்டுச் சவால்கள் மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி வாய்ப்புகள் குறித்துத் தலைமை நிர்வாகத்திற்கு விரிவான அறிக்கைகளைத் தயாரித்துச் சமர்ப்பித்தல்.
கட்டாயத் திறன்கள் (Mandatory Skills)
விரிவான நிர்வாகத் திறன்: 6 முதல் 9 மாவட்டங்கள், பல ஹப்கள் மற்றும் பல மேலாளர்களை ஒரே நேரத்தில் திறம்படக் கையாளும் மற்றும் மேற்பார்வை செய்யும் திறன்.
சிக்கலைத் தீர்க்கும் திறன் (Problem-Solving): களத்தில் எழும் திடீர் போக்குவரத்து, டெலிவரி அல்லது செயல்பாட்டுச் சிக்கல்களை விரைவாக பகுப்பாய்வு செய்து தீர்க்கும் திறன்.
MS Office/கணினி மென்பொருள் அறிவு: மேம்பட்ட MS Excel மற்றும் லாஜிஸ்டிக்ஸ் மேலாண்மை மென்பொருட்களைப் பயன்படுத்தும் அத்தியாவசியத் திறன்.
சிறந்த தொடர்பாடல் (Communication): ஹப் மேலாளர்கள் மற்றும் உயர் அதிகாரிகளுடன் தெளிவாகத் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுத்து மற்றும் பேச்சுத் தொடர்புகொள்ளும் திறன்.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Operational Oversight:
Directly supervise the delivery, pickup, and processing operations of all Hubs within the assigned zone.
Receive and analyze daily and weekly performance reports from each Hub Manager, providing necessary guidance and action plans to achieve set goals (Targets).
Team Management and Training:
Provide necessary guidance, training, and motivation to Hub Managers and other field staff to enhance overall employee performance.
Conduct weekly review meetings with Hub Managers to address operational and performance gaps, and devise corrective strategies.
Financial and Cost Management:
Ensure the safe and timely transit of collected COD (Cash on Delivery) amounts from hubs across the zone to the central accounts.
Monitor zonal expenditures (Operational Costs) and manage the budget to ensure the targeted profit margin for the zone is met.
Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure the reduction of customer complaints within the zonal areas and strictly maintain delivery quality standards.
Ensure strict adherence to company safety and compliance standards across all hubs.
Reporting to Leadership:
Prepare and submit detailed reports to the company leadership outlining the zone's overall performance, key challenges, and potential growth opportunities.
Mandatory Skills
Extensive Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage and supervise a wide area, including 6-9 districts, multiple hubs, and several Hub Managers simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Strong capability to quickly analyze and resolve sudden field-level operational, transit, or delivery issues.
MS Office/Computer Software Knowledge: Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and the ability to effectively utilize logistics management software.
Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in Tamil and English, with Hub Managers and senior leadership.
