1. மனிதவள நிர்வாகம் (HR & Staffing)
பணியமர்த்தல் (Hiring): உங்கள் கிளைக்குத் தேவையான டெலிவரி ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் உதவியாளர்களை நீங்களே நேர்காணல் செய்து வேலைக்குச் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.
பணி நீக்கம் (Firing): சரியாக வேலை செய்யாத அல்லது ஒழுங்கீனமாக நடக்கும் பணியாளர்களை வேலையை விட்டு நீக்கும் அதிகாரம் உங்களுக்கு உண்டு.
சம்பளக் கணக்கீடு (Payroll): அனைத்து ஊழியர்களின் வருகைப் பதிவைப் பராமரித்து, மாத இறுதியில் அவர்களுக்குரிய சம்பளப் பட்டியலைத் தயார் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

வங்கியில் செலுத்துதல்: வசூலான மொத்த பணத்தை உடனடியாக நிறுவனத்தின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் செலுத்தி, தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்கு கணக்கு காட்ட வேண்டும்.
3. வாகன பராமரிப்பு (Fleet Management)
பராமரிப்பு: டெலிவரி வாகனங்களின் (பைக்/வண்டிகள்) நிலையைத் தொடர்ந்து கண்காணித்து, அவை சரியாக இயங்குவதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
பழுது நீக்கம்: வண்டியில் ஏதேனும் பழுது ஏற்பட்டால், டெலிவரி பாதிக்காதவாறு உடனடியாக மெக்கானிக்கை வைத்து சரிசெய்ய ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
4. வாடிக்கையாளர் மற்றும் ஊழியர் சேவை (Problem Solving)
வாடிக்கையாளர் புகார்: பார்சல் குறித்து கஸ்டமரிடமிருந்து வரும் புகார்களை நீங்களே பேசி சுமுகமாகத் தீர்த்து வைக்க வேண்டும்.
ஊழியர் பிரச்சனை: உங்கள் ஊழியர்களுக்குள் ஏற்படும் பிரச்சனைகள் அல்லது அவர்களின் தேவைகளைத் தீர்த்து வைக்க வேண்டும்.

வைப்புத்தொகை: வேலைக்குச் சேரும்போது ₹1,00,000 (ஒரு லட்சம் ரூபாய்) தொகையை திரும்ப வழங்கப்படும் பாதுகாப்பு வைப்புத்தொகையாக (Refundable Security Deposit) செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
பணி விலகல் அறிவிப்பு: நீங்கள் வேலையை ராஜினாமா செய்ய விரும்பினால், ஒரு மாதம் முன்னதாகவே (1 Month Notice Period) தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
பணம் திரும்பப் பெறுதல்: முறையாக அறிவித்து வேலையை விடுப்பவர்களுக்கு, உங்களின் கடைசி மாத சம்பளம் மற்றும் செலுத்திய வைப்புத்தொகை முழுவதும், நீங்கள் விலகும் மாதத்திற்கு அடுத்த மாத இறுதியில் (Next Month End) திரும்ப வழங்கப்படும்.

📝 Key Responsibilities (A to Z Management)
1. HR & Staffing Management
Recruitment (Hiring): Fully responsible for interviewing and hiring Delivery Executives and support staff for your hub.
Termination (Firing): You have the authority to terminate any staff member due to poor performance or disciplinary issues.
Payroll: Maintain daily attendance logs and calculate the monthly salaries of your team.
2. Cash & Financial Handling
Collection: Responsible for collecting and tallying Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts from all riders daily.
Deposit: Immediately deposit the total collected funds safely into the company’s bank account and report to the Head Office. You are accountable for all cash.
3. Fleet & Vehicle Management
Monitoring: Ensure all delivery vehicles (bikes/vans) are in good condition and operating correctly.
Maintenance: If a vehicle breaks down, you must arrange for immediate repairs to prevent disruptions to delivery operations.
4. Dispute Resolution
Customer Support: Efficiently handle and resolve any escalated complaints from customers regarding parcel deliveries.
Staff Welfare: Address and resolve internal conflicts or grievances raised by your delivery team members.
5. Operations & Reporting
Tracking: Accurately manage and monitor the entire flow of parcels: Incoming stock, Out for Delivery, and Returns (RTO) management.
Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for the Head Office, submitting daily reports on all operations and financials.
💰 Security Deposit & Exit Policy
Due to the high-level financial responsibility involved in this role, the following policy is mandatory:
Security Deposit: The selected candidate must deposit ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) as a Refundable Security Deposit upon joining.
Notice Period: A mandatory 1-Month Notice Period must be served if you wish to resign.
Refund: For candidates who serve the full notice period, the final month's salary AND the full security deposit will be refunded at the end of the month following the exit month.
